Production Services Manager A "perfect fit" solution means that the finish product is delivered as expected, when expected. That begins by making sure the job specifications accurately describe the goods and services required to deliver your specific project when promised. As Operations Manager, Louisa manages the job specifications for accuracy to ensure a "perfect fit". She also coordinates the scheduling of the many projects we produce, each individually tailored to meet the needs of the customer. When Louisa assists our customers by phone, they note her professional and cheerful manner. A veteran of the corporate environment, Louisa knows that excellent customer service is the key to building a successful business. “I enjoy working with our customers, and my co-workers are great” Louisa says. “Everyone works well together and supports each other.” She also appreciates the variety of customers and jobs that she encounters on a daily basis. “No two days are the same,” Louisa notes. “I learn new things every day.” Louisa draws on her background in the hospitality industry as a supplier coordinator, expediter, executive assistant, and e-procurement coordinator, as well as her secretarial / administrative assistant experience. Training in time management, customer service, and executive workplace practices also contribute to Louisa’s professionalism and efficiency. After hours, Louisa enjoys music, dancing, and spending time with friends and family. |
